The next webinar on "Application of the auditor's personal cabinet system" was held on April 30, 2020 in the Chamber of Auditors of the Republic of Azerbaijan

The challenges of the new era require the application of advanced and innovative methods in our work, the use of new procedures, compliance of audits with the requirements of International Auditing Standards, Code of Professional Ethics and other legal documents, and most importantly, improving the quality of audit services and professional image.
In order to support the work carried out under the leadership of President Mr. Ilham Aliyev to implement the economic policy which successfully implemented in our country and to see soon positive results in the near future and to ensure the effectiveness of this support, the Chamber of Auditors carefully studies the experience of international auditing and accounting institutions, as well as relevant foreign regulators. At the same time, research is being conducted in the field of application of local measures, taking into account the characteristics of the national economy. In order to implement effective measures in this direction, the "Auditor's personal cabinet system" was established in the Chamber of Auditors last year. In accordance with the approved plan-program on item 1.8 of the work plan of the Chamber of Auditors for 2020 "Application of the personal cabinet system of the auditor", on April 30, 2020, the Working Staff established in the Chamber of Auditors held the next webinar on “Application of the auditor's personal cabinet system” for audit organizations and independent auditors. In his opening remarks at the webinar, the Executive Director of the Chamber, the head of the working staff Sabuhi Gulmammedov greeted everyone and gave detailed information about the urgency of implementing the personal cabinet system of the auditor, which is important for the members of the Chamber. He noted that the purpose of the personal cabinet consist of use of high technology in the implementation of audit services, the acquisition and implementation of IT programs, the improvement of the personal cabinet system and the implementation of innovations in auditing, coordination of the application of digital technologies with regional development programs implemented in the country, preparation of instructions on the application of the auditor's personal cabinet system, delivery to the auditors and effective use of the personal cabinet. At the same time, it was noted that a simplified system has been introduced in the Republic of Azerbaijan to provide all auditors with a personal cabinet system, increase the efficiency of audit work, minimize unnecessary traffic and reduce the workload of the relevant structural unit of the Chamber. Then, on the topic of the webinar, the head of the Chamber's Department of Digital Transformation and Innovation, the author of the project Goshgar Ahmadov made a comprehensive speech on the topic and provided information on Instructions on the application of the “Personal Cabinet” system prepared in advance and sent to the members of the Chamber for acquaintance, at the same time, he explained the technical rules of using the cabinet in the form of a presentation ("Login", "Registration", "Password Recovery", "Use of the Cabinet").
During the webinar, which was held in a business environment, questions were asked and answered on the topic, as well as professional discussions were held on some improvements in the use of the personal cabinet and their solution.
During the webinar, it was decided that the Chamber would take into account the suggestions and recommendations submitted by audit organizations and independent auditors who are members of the Chamber of Auditors, and take urgent measures to improve the existing technical Instructions when using the personal cabinet.
