DISCIPLINARY MEASURES TAKEN

FOR 2026

  1. Pursuant to Decision No. 385/5 of the Chamber Council dated 05 February 2026, a disciplinary measure in the form of suspension from professional activity for a period of six months was imposed on “Professional Auditor Xidmətləri” LLC and its auditor Aliyev Aftandil Adigozal oglu.
  2. Pursuant to Decision No. 385/5 of the Chamber Council dated 05 February 2026, a disciplinary measure in the form of a warning was imposed on “ALİ GROUP CONSULTİNG” LLC and its auditor Aliyev Nasir Asif oglu.
  3. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-26/2026 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 05 February 2026, a disciplinary measure in the form of suspension from professional activity for a period of six months was imposed on Aliyev Razi Tahmaz oglu, auditor of “Capital Audit” LLC.
  4. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-5/2026 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 07 January 2026, a disciplinary measure in the form of suspension from professional activity for a period of six months was imposed on Aydinli Mahammad Aydin oglu.
  5. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-4/2026 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 07 January 2026, a disciplinary measure in the form of a warning was imposed on Aliyev Aftandil Adigozal oglu, auditor of “Professional Auditor Xidmətləri” LLC.

FOR 2025

  1.  Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-224/2025 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 01 December 2025, a disciplinary measure in the form of a reprimand was imposed on Aydinli Mahammad Aydin oglu.
  2. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-186/2025 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 03 October 2025, a disciplinary measure in the form of a reprimand was imposed on Bahmanov Elchin Yavar oglu, Director of “Capital Audit” LLC, and Aliyev Razi Tahmaz oglu, auditor.
  3. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-185/2025 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 03 October 2025, a disciplinary measure in the form of a reprimand was imposed on Alizade Nail Alakbar oglu.
  4. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-166/2025 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 19 September 2025, a disciplinary measure in the form of suspension from professional activity for a period of six months was imposed on “Vaqifoğlu Audit” LLC (Director – Guliyev Elchin Vagif oglu).
  5. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-164/2025 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 16 September 2025, a disciplinary measure in the form of a reprimand was imposed on Agayev Miramal Mirbaghi oglu.
  6. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-46/2025 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 15 April 2025, a disciplinary measure in the form of a warning was imposed on Vahdov Adil Idris oglu, Director of “Af Audit” LLC.
  7. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-39/2025 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 18 March 2025, a disciplinary measure in the form of a warning was imposed on Abdinova Elnura Tofiq qizi, Director-Auditor of “Caspian Consulting and Partners” LLC.
  8. Pursuant to Order No. 0-1/3-1-11/2025 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 14 January 2025, a disciplinary measure in the form of a warning was imposed on Mikayilzade Ragif Rami oglu, Director-Auditor of “Counselor” LLC, and independent auditor Zakiyev Zaki Etibar oglu.

FOR 2024

  1. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-85/2024 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 06 December 2024, a disciplinary measure in the form of suspension from professional activity for a period of six months was imposed on “Counselor” LLC.
  2. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-48/2024 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 01 October 2024, a disciplinary measure in the form of a reprimand was imposed on “Ada Audit” LLC.
  3. Pursuant to Order No. 10-1/3-1-42/2024 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 12 September 2024, a disciplinary measure in the form of a reprimand was imposed on Hacaliyev Elshad Nuriq oglu.
  4. Pursuant to Order No. 26 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 01 July 2024, a disciplinary measure in the form of a reprimand was imposed on “Counselor” LLC.
  5. Pursuant to Order No. 14 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 01 March 2024, a disciplinary measure in the form of a warning was imposed on “Capital Audit” LLC.
  6. Pursuant to Order No. 10 of the Chairman of the Chamber dated 20 February 2024, a disciplinary measure in the form of a warning was imposed on “Davud Mamedov” LLC.
